A TRUE CHRISTMAS

Once again it's that time of year
When Christmas comes at last
We celebrate with family and friends
And ageless memories of the past

It is a joyous time of year
Carolers singing and shopping's in season
But we all need to remember
The true meaning and the reason

This is the day that we celebrate
The brirth of the Messiah of all mankind
Those who just tink of it as commercial
Must surely be spiritually blind

Thr blood that Jesus shed cleansed all of sin
For He was the Father's unblemished sacrifice lamb
And only by professing our faith in Him
Will we get to be with the Great I Am

When we gather together on this special day
Let us pray that next year we will meet again
Give thanks to the King of Kings and Lord of Lord
And to this all God's people say, "AMEM."

THE CONNECTION

THE CONNECTION

All things are made possible through Messiah Yeshua
God told me that I had made the right choice
He speaks to me through the Holy Spirit
In a gentle yet firm soft spoken voice

I follow in His footsteps
Doing the very best I can
Yet sometimes I may falter
For I am just the flesh of man

But my sins were all forgiven
When our Lord hung on a tree
His blood was the cleansing that
Set the sins of all mankind free

Use me as You would my Lord
There is but one thing that I yearn
And that’s to see You face to face
When the shofar blast signals your return

I bow before You and the Father
Obeying all that you command
Life eternal is what You promised
One of many things You’ve planned

New Jerusalem will be my home
Free of turmoil and free from fear
For I am part of Your Etz Chaim
And forever I can draw You near

A STRANGER'S LOVE

A STRANGER’S LOVE

Dreams are for those with future thoughts
And memories consist of the past
One will vanish in a moment’s time
The other an infinite lifetime last

Such are the thoughts of you and I
At the very least I speak for me
For I dream of what possibly might have been
And remember the way that it must always be

The words that I’m feeling come from my heart
I perceive them to be sweet and soft and pure
Yet these very words shall not pass my lips
A fact of which I am completely sure

You too my dear will have your dreams
And your wonderful memories as did I
I can only hope that you’ll remember me
As the sands of time go passing by

For somewhere in the great beyond
One day the two of us shall meet again
Telling each other of the dreams that came true
And reminiscing of memories of

APOLOGY

MY APOLOGIES FOR THE LATE POSTING. THE MODUM THAT MY INTERNET PROVIDER INSTALLED WAS DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED.

GUIDING MY HAND IN SERVICE TO GOD

When the Holy Spirit provides me with words to write
Mostly they are not directly from the Lord's Holy Book
It's how God allows me to interpret His written word to
Give many a clearer understanding when they take a look

Some people just like to read what I have written
Others it may help to lead them to their Salvation
Or buy my book just to support the congregation
It may even help many with their prayer meditation

Whatever the reason that they read it
It is definitely a matter of their choice
But the common factor in their decision is because
They know that it come from my God's inner voice

No matter what the reason I am extremely grateful
To everyone but especially to the Lord God of Hosts
For enabling me to serve in the way that He sees fit
And He knows that I will always love Him the most

God has chosen to keep the word coming to me
So I'll write for as long as He lets me continue
I know that I'm right on the front lines of battle
For as one of His chosen I'm a Messianic Jew

A TIME FOR US

A TIME FOR US

Yes there is a time for us
It’s somewhere down the road
When our baggage is just light enough
To carry each of the others load

When this time comes in our lives
There will be a total trust
According to His eternal plan
The Lord said that this is a must

Not only trusting in each other
But knowing that God is always first
His cup of knowledge and compassion is
Something for which we both shall thirst

Just seeing this I know He will say,
“There will be no more emptiness,
Keep me up front, live as you should
And I will fill your life with happiness.”
