HOLOCAUST-A TIME TO REFLECT

THE FIRST OF THIS WEEK'S TWO POEMS IS DEDICATED TO HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR ROSE PRICE, A JEWISH WOMAN WHO WAS A VICTIM OF THIS HORRIFIC TIMES, SPENT TIME IN SEVERAL CONCENTRARTION CAMPS AND AFTER SURVIVING AND COMING TO THIS COUNTRY, ACCEPTED HER JEWISH MESSIAH, WAS HEALED OF THESE ATROCITIES AND FOUND FORGIVENES FOR HER TORMENTORS THROUGH THE LOVE OF YESHUA.(JESUS) AS THE YEARS PASS BY AND MOST OF THOSE WHO SURVIVED HAVE PASSED AWAY, EACH YEAR AT THIS TIME WE MUST KEEP THE MOMORY OF THE VICTIMS OF THESE ATROCITIES ALIVE TO ENSURE THAT THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

HOLOCAUST-A TIME TO REFLECT

The Holocaust caused millions of Jews and Gentiles
Throughout the world to lose their lives
It was predicated on fear and intimidation
On which the prince of darkness thrives

Many of the families and survivors
Asked if God had heard their cry
God has a purpose for all that He does
And it’s not for us to question why

He does want us to take action
To perpetuate this time of sorrow
So that the world sees what tyranny brings
To say, “Never again, today or tomorrow.”

There was an upside to this tragedy
It brought many unbelievers to salvation
Turning a time of horror and destruction
Into a blessed time of jubilation

It’s up to us as individuals
To make the world aware
That the Lord our God not satan is in control
Creating peace and brotherhood out of despair
