MY COMPUTER IS DOWN:
Since we are both under the weather due to my wife's surgery & my sciatic problem, I can't post on my wife's computer because the poetry is on my computer in my Microsoft word. It will be at lest 1-2 weekends before my computer is up and running again. Possibly longer, In the meantime you can always go back a little into my archives of just over 4 years. My apology for the inconvenience. I'll try to get it up & running as soon as possible. Blessings in Yeshua!

MY COUNTRY
MY COUNTRY
This is my country that's called
The Land of the brave and the free
Yes this is my country
But not the way I'd like it to be
It wasn’t very many years ago
When patriotism was the norm
But as the years went passing by
It was like the calm before the storm
A person’s rights became more important
Than the principles this country stands for
And God who is the founder of our freedom
Is being told to exit through our back door
The people who have taken our freedoms away
Are really just a very minute minority
I say,” Let’s take these freedoms back.”
It’s something that God would like to see
There are a lot of important issues
Which have a need to be addressed
But we’ve become so complacent
It makes so many feel depressed
Let’s start with our houses of worship
That back away rather than to offend
Although their position isn’t biblical
God’s word will prevail in the very end
Whatever happened to the institution
Of the marriage of a man and wife and
Many are choosing to have babies first
This definitely isn’t the way to start a life
The churches and synagogues must lead the way
Showing those who stray God’s truth in the bible
Because at the very end it will the Lord’s decision
And His Judgement will hold you liable
In no way am I being judgmental
I just write the words God has gives to me
If you’ve strayed return to God’s flock
Making the changes that will set you free
I can write about these things however
The changes must come from all of us
So if you read this I only hope and pray
That you'll climb aboard the changing bus
As for me although this is my country
As a Jew Israel is my Spiritual Homeland
And even though I may never get there
It’s still the way that God had it planned
DEALING WITH FRUSTRATION
DEALING WITH
FRUSTRATION
Have you ever had one
of those days
When everything that
could goes wrong
It may just start
with something small
Like constantly
singing the same song
Then you go to get on
the computer and
The server has
changed things around
You keep trying to
get into your email
But sadly it’s
nowhere to be found
So you decide to take
out the daily trash
The bag is
overflowing and it’s very heavy
It tears and
everything falls all over the place
And your clothes get
covered with gravy
Finally when you get
the mess cleaned up
You open the door and
the dog escapes
It makes you wonder
what else could go wrong
So far your day has
been filled with sour grapes
That’s the time when
you need to pause
You need to take one
giant step back
If the rest of the
day continues like this
It’s just liable to
cause a heart attack
Instead of fretting
about all that’s happened
There is something
else that you can do
Just turn these
frustrations over to the Lord
And then you can
start the day anew
The Lord will bear
your burden
By yourself you can’t
fix the mess
Move on with the rest
of the day
And God will take
care of the rest
Stay calm and go about
your business
It’s amazing how it
will all work out
All because you let
go and let God
That’s really what
it’s all about

REMEMBERING MY FORGOTTEN AUNTS
REMEMBERING MY FORGOTTEN AUNTS
In this vast old world of ours
Of relatives friends and such
There are some so oft forgotten
Yet endeared so very much
I speak of some second mothers
Warm of heart firm yet ever so kind
A worldly hunt for women such as these
Would all lead to these saintly finds
These woman who throughout their lives
Would be unselfishly giving of their all
Now the time has come however to shout
Of their goodness with a triumphant call
To my aunts to my wonderful loveable aunts
I have nothing save this poem to offer thee
Not much I admit for all that they’ve done
Yet all I possess for it comes from within me
Thank You Lord for blessing me with my aunts
Since I wrote these verses they‘ve passed away
Though they never professed to knowing the Lord
Maybe through God’s grace I’ll see them one day
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING
WHAT WERE THEY
THINKING
I received a message
from the MJAA today of
Palestinian Jihadists
sending rockets into Israel
Thank You Father God
that no lives were lost
They don’t understand
the way that you’ll deal
Israel retaliated
knocking out some key installations
Jihad’s response was that
they keep sending rockets
If Israel’s
retaliation did more than minor damage
After all the funding
didn’t come out of their pockets
What exactly did
these radicals think was going to happen
The Lord has vowed to
protect Israel even unto the last days
Father God has
declared this through His Word in the bible
All of the Islamic
Jihadist’s attempts will fail in so many ways
The only victory
hasatan will gain by continuing this
Is that sadly some of
Israel’s people’s lives will be lost
Satan’s Jihadists are
nothing more than puppets to him
So he doesn’t really
care anything about the human cost
I must say though
that only the Muslim terrorists are bad
I’ll tell you exactly
how I know this statement to be true
One way that God is
working is through my Poetry Ministry
More than 25% of the
countries that I reach are Muslim too
Please continue
praying for peace throughout the world
God doesn’t need them
but appreciates it each time you pray
The more that you ask
Father God for His Daily intervention
Will bring us
that much closer to our very last worldly Day

A MID WEEK MUSING-MY BEST FRIEND
MY BEST FRIEND
There is no question in my
mind
Of all the good friends that
I’ve got
You are the very best of
them
And this to me means quite a
lot
I’ve always been able to
confide in you
Telling you things that are both
good and bad
It’s nice knowing we’re there
for each other
A blessing for which I’m
extremely glad
God bless you being the
person that you are
I pray our love and
friendship will never end
And even when He calls both
of us to heaven
After the Lord you’ll still
be my best friend

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
SOMETHING TO THINK
ABOUT
Since the last time that you read my blog
Since the last time that you read my blog
Each one of us has gotten just a little older
Let’s keep in touch throughout my email
So that what we have doesn’t ever smolder
Give some thought as to the numerous reasons why
We may not see a
friend or acquaintance each year
They may be too ill
or have even passed away and
All that’s left are
memories of those who were here
Whatever those
particular circumstances happen to be
You might show your
concern by mail email or phone
There’s nothing like
the blessing of a good friendship
Although you haven’t
see them they won’t feel alone
Even if someone that
you know may have passed away
You still have fond
memories after having kept in touch
Out of respect why
not get in touch with a family member
Knowing your
friendship they’ll appreciate it very much
All that I’m saying
is that if you value their friendships
Only God knows how
many more tomorrows we possess
By keeping in touch
with all of the friends that we cherish
It’s one less thing
that we have that may cause undo stress
