FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DIDN'T SEE LAST WEEKS'S POSTING, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO LAST WEEK's POSTONG GET INFORMATION ON ROSE PRICE OUR HOLOCAST SPEAKER AND OUR HOLOCAUST EXHIBIT.
THIS WEEK'S FIRST POEM HAS A VERY SPECIAL MEANING AS WE PREPARE TO CELEBRATE THE PASSOVER SEASON AND THE RESURECTION OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR.
THE PASSOVER LAMB
You all know the story about when Moses
Told Egypt's pharaoh to let God's people go
And because he had a very hardened heart
Pharaoh's responded with a resounding no
So God brought many plagues upon Egypt but
Pharaoh would not yield until the very last one
After ordering all of the Jewish first born slain
God did the exact same thing to pharaoh's son
Again after telling them to go he changed his mind
And commanded his army to kill all that flee
God parted the water and they went safely across
But Pharaoh's army was swallowed by the raging sea
God commanded the Jews to observe Passover each year
Years later Yeshua came so that we could know Salvation
And at a Passover Seder which was to be His very last meal
This is what the Lord said to His disciples in conversation
Eat of this matzo for it is my body that will be broken
Drink of this wine for it symbolizes the blood I will shed
My life will be forfeit so that My Father forgives all sin
Both turbulence and joy will you see in the years ahead
This is the very reason that we celebrate Communion
Remembering the Lamb of God and the fate that He met
And why all Believers tell of that fateful day
During Passover so that we will never forget
The day is coming when the Lord will return to earth
I believe that we are a part of this end time generation
Those who are lifted up and pass through Heaven's gates
Have been bestowed with the Lord God's Eternal Salvation

THE LAMB OF GOD
THE LAMB OF GOD
I saw a picture in the paper of
Two soldier in the war against Sadam
In the upper left hand corner
Facing opposite was a lamb
Now you can view this photo
Anyway that you choose
As for me I see it is a sign of
A war that we would not lose
I see the lamb as the Lamb of God
Who is protecting them I from the rear
They do not see Him as they face the front
Yet I think they know that they need not fear
God walks with them all the way
And yet many of them will fall
And though you may grieve for those who die
Understand that they have gotten a higher call
Pray to God for the troops safe return
To this great land where freedom rings
And also pray in the Spirit for our enemies
To be saved and witness to the King of Kings

THIS WEEK’S TWO POEMS BELOW
HE ALONE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS
Ask me how I know that
God is always in control
I know because he is alive
Within my heart and soul
I know that each day He puts me
In situations such as a test or trial
My faith in Him gives me the strength
To always be able to go that extra mile
Even when I can't find answers and
Closure appears to be out of sight
The Lord always opens other doors
So that eventually I will get it right
For the remainder of the time God grants me
I will continue to minister His Gospel word
To anyone that is willing to listen
And to those who have not those yet heard
Messiah sacrificed his life to forgive our sins
I doubt that any of us could have done the same
This is just one of the many reasons why we must
Always continue to praise and bless His Holy Name
When our life on planet earth has ended
A heavenly mansion waits for me and you
In the kingdom that God is waiting to share
With all of His children both Gentile and Jew
HE ALONE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS
Ask me how I know that
God is always in control

LOVE ETERNAL
LOVE ETERNAL
I’d love to spend each waking moment
Being with you the whole day long
But I realized that we need time for ourselves
And knew that this was definitely wrong
There will be time for fun and time to think
Of who we are and who we want to be
I pray that some of the things that you feel
Would include a part or all of me
I really have no regrets in life
About the women in my past
Yet none compare to my feelings toward you
The Lord has sent me the right one at last
So forgive me if I ramble on and on
For me it is the only way to go
Because I will never find enough ways
To tell you just how much I love you so
I’d love to spend each waking moment
Being with you the whole day long
But I realized that we need time for ourselves
And knew that this was definitely wrong
There will be time for fun and time to think
Of who we are and who we want to be

FILL YOUR PLATE WITH GOD
How full is your plate in life
Is it filled with worldly things
Things which are not Godly
But all the trash that satan brings
Wouldn't you like to change all that and
Have God's Shalom being full and complete
Just take a step of faith through prayer
And the bread of life will be yours to eat
When you accept Yeshua as your Messiah
You will be changed into a new creature
And have a one on one relationship with G-d
God’s Holy Bible will become your teacher
Then when the temptation of the world arise
You can say no to the devil for it is written
Because you are echad with God and Messiah
The evil deeds of satan can always be smitten
For new viewers on the site:
Translation of 3 Hebrew words:
Yeshus (Jesus)
Shalom (Has several meanings. In this case peace

PRINCESS
PRINCESS
This is the story of a mixed breed dog
That was my childhood pet
She was partial to one person
I friend for years that I won’t forget
Also in our household
Was a friendly alley cat
The two of them slept side by side
Can’t you just picture that
The dog’s name was Princess
And I knew that she did care
Because when I came home from school
My lap would be full of shedding hair
One time my father hit me
I reacted and hit him back
I ran upstairs and shut my door
I knew that I was in for a lot of flack
Princess stood outside my door
She wouldn’t let my father near
She growled at him so intensely
That my father had to leave in fear
There came a time during World War Two
That my parents felt they had to let her go
Because both my mom and dad had to work
I never thought that I would miss her so
They took her to a kennel five miles away
I was sad and never felt so all alone
Somehow she escaped from there
And instinctively found her way back home
They brought her back a second time
And you can guess what happened then
She managed to get free from there
And found her way back home again
Happily my parents agreed that she could stay
She truly was this young man’s best friend
And she stayed with me for many years
Right up to her very end
Even to this day I miss her
Princess was her name
And to this day I’ve never had
A pet that made me feel the same

THIS WAS WRITTEN JUST PRIOR TO OUR 1ST ANNIVERSARY IN 2005
"1"
As I sit here at the desk
Where I am a volunteer
I think about our first anniversary
And wish that you were near
Many times I don't hear what you're saying
And I know that I don't always listen too
I know that I would have fallen apart
If the Lord had not bonded me to you
Lou Gherig made a statement on the day
That he retired as a New York Yankee
He said, " Today I consider myself the luckiest man
In the world." A statement that also applies to me
Because of yesterday today and tomorrow
In rain or shine, no matter what the weather
I give thanks to the Lord who was is and always will be
That He chose to put the two of us together
God knew in advance that without you
My life wouldn't have taken a jump start
He blessed me by putting us together knowing
That you’d rekindle the flame within my heart
I praise the Lord and thank you as well,
Your being is the joy within my life
But even more so for that day one year ago
When God joined us echad as husband and wife
May the Lord bless us with as many years together
As is His will. (which I pray are many)

LITTLE THINGS
There is a saying that goes,
“Little things mean a lot.”
It all starts by being thankful for
Everything that you have got
It’s really not a very good thing
To boast if your riches are abundant
In your heart you already know this
So to elaborate would be redundant
On the other hand however
If you should use it to do good
God will bless you in so many ways
That you never even thought He could
And those who aren’t blessed with wealth
But still go out of their way to do little things
Know that they’re doing it for God’s Glory
And the satisfaction and blessing that it brings
So no matter what your status in life
Just know that the little things add up
The reward for this is satisfaction and knowing
That God’s blessing will always overflow your cup
